01 Goal
A big part of e-commerce is about building reputation and brand image as a online company. Besides the sales they achieved from marketplace, Pery Smith wanted to build up their company image through a professional e-Commerce website. Apart from this, it is also an important tool for them as their buyers will need to register e-Warranty through this e-Commerce website.
02 Challenges
Pery Smith wish to make warranty registrations more efficient, thus we’ve included a “e-Warranty Registration” Page in the e-Commerce website. The massive traffic from buyers to register their e-Warranty is the major challenge for us to handle. Our mission is to make sure the e-Commerce website works well and maintain smooth and good website load time, especially during shopping festival, exp. 11.11, 02.02.
